Yes, we welcome walk in purchases, please call ahead or let us know via chat.

Once your order has been accepted, we are unable to make any amendments to the address.

You need to update the delivery address before checkout or create new address.

For orders across Malaysia, the standard delivery package is at RM6 for orders below 1kg.
Shipping fee for international shipments will be calculated upon check-out and may differ depending on destination country and number of parcels.

We aim to have your order delivered to you within 3-5 working days for ready stock items for shipments to Malaysia and up to 15 working days for other countries.

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email along with your unique tracking number. You may use this number to track your order online.

Returned items will be thoroughly inspected by our quality control experts to assess if the item is faulty or fair wear and tear. We may be able to repair your item – though we are not able to guarantee it.

In the rare event that your item is faulty due to design or defect, we will proceed to replace the item. Replacements will be subjected to availability and our Customer Service team will be in touch with you on the next steps.

For purchased through Lazada and all other marketplace, self-collect is not available.
